Sure Susan, it’s Fatsecret. I believe there is a link somewhere along the right. It’s free and there’s both an online counter and a smartphone app. I love, love, love the iPhone app!! But you can just use online if you don’t have an app phone. Very supportive healthy weight loss community too.

I include what my body burns naturally. Max I ever burn at the gym is maybe 800 if I really push it.
